The maintenance contract is included in first purchasing licences and always in subscriptions. It includes two sessions of 30 mint resolution of doubts (desirable to have previously faced software) andaccess to our support platform, where you can enter tickets with handling doubts and/or consult articles from our knowledge base:Sound of Numbers Support Platform
