Network Installation Instructions - Insul

Insulcan be run on a local area network (LAN). You must install Licensing Manager on a computer, which would normally be a server or master computer that runs all the time and accessed by each running client computer. Licensing Manager is installed using the HASPUsersetup.exe file, downloadable via the following link:

Insulmust be installed on each client computer that requires access toInsul. On each client computer on the network, they must also install Hasp drivers using the HASPUsersetup.exe file. Once the Hasp drivers have been installed, the client computer will be able to contact the network key through Licensing Manager to determine whether licenses are available. When you buyInsul, buy runtime licences that determine how many copies ofInsulcan be executed at the same time. If you need additional runtime licenses, you can purchase them at a later date and update the network key.




Master/Server Computer
  1. Run the HASPUsersetup.exe file on the computer you decided to use as the License Manager (Master Computer). Now connect the network key.
  2. Writelocalhost:1947in the address bar of your Internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Fireflox, etc.). This starts the Seninel Admin Control Center. The network key must be displayed in the list of available keys.
  3. Access toConfiguration/Access from Remote Clientsand configure it as follows:
  4. PressSubmit.
  5. Make sure that the Firewall is configured so that it does not block access to any of the elements involved in system configuration.

Custom Computers
  1. Run the HASPUsersetup.exe file on each client computer you want to runInsul.
  2. Launch Hasp License Manager (Sentinel Admin Control Center)localhost:1947in the address bar of your Internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Fireflox, etc.).
  3. Access toConfiguration/Access to Remote Licence Managersand configure it as follows:Note: If you know the IP address of the master computer, type it in the fieldRemote License Search Parametersto speed up the license search process.
  4. PressSubmit.
  5. Download and install the installable file fromInsulon each computer on which you want to run the software. You will be asked if you want to installInsulfor anyone who uses the computer or only for the user. Choose the option for anyone using the computer.
