For the importation of DXF files, the first thing to bear in mind is that in a DXF file there can be multiple layers, in which ideally it would be that if there are different types of objects,
When imported into CadnaA, each layer of the DXF file must be assigned to each type of object in CadnaA. This is done from the DXF file import options menu:
By default, in the "Layer" field there are default layer names. If you want to assign each type of object the corresponding layer of that particular DXF file, it can be done by double clicking on the "Layer" box of the corresponding object type and by selecting it through the drop-down:
If the DXF file contains only one layer with one object type, * can be selected from the drop-down (but there should be no other * in all other object types):
Of course, for a correct import you must know the contents of each of the layers of the DXF file.
