Conditions of the CadnaA/R maintenance contract

The contract for the maintenance of softwareCadnaA and CadnaR includes:

1. Software updates.
   
2. Support via e-mail and phone by Sound of Numbers experts.
   
3. Access to the user area through the DataKustik website to:
   
1. Download the latest version/software updates.
   
2. Documentation, technical notes and application notes.
   
3. Access to exclusive training videos.
   
4. Advanced video tutorials including test files.
4. Up to 2 online Q&A sessions of approx. 30 minutes each per year (pre-preparation needed).
   
5. Consistency verification and model revision to optimize calculation speed for up to two models per year.
   
6. Certificate of conformity for calculation of quality assured according to DIN 45687 /1/ and ISO 17534 /2/ and ISO/TR 17534-3 /3/ (CadnaA software).
   
7. Discount on events such as user days, training, etc. (when offered).

The price of the maintenance contract is calculated from the list price of the complete software configuration of all server and single user licenses per year or for a period of 12 months and expires annually in advance. Software maintenance is always calculated based on software configuration with the widest performance scope. It is not possible to exclude one or more licenses, individual or server, from maintenance. Proportional settlement is only possible when there is a valid maintenance period. All software licenses of a customer must be covered with valid maintenance within the same period.

New customers receive 12 months of free software maintenance with the purchase of the first CadnaA software product ("initial license"), irrespective of software configuration. Maintenance of the software for any subsequent additional purchase is not free. If a new customer has rented the initial license before purchase, the rental period will be deducted from these months even.

The following two options are available:

Subscription Maintenance Option - MS1s:

Subscription with automated annual billing of 12% of the list price of all licenses in the full software configuration per year, over a 12-month period.

If you have already logged in or decide to enter our software maintenance subscription, it is automatically renewed for another year if it is not terminated 60 days before the agreed end date. The annual invoice will be sent to you automatically.

Individual maintenance option - MS1i:

Processing of individual orders and offers for 14% of the list price of all licenses in the complete software configuration per year, over a period of 12 months.

If you choose the form of individual processing, you are responsible for an offer and/or an order to extend the software maintenance period.

New customers receive 12 months of free software maintenance (MS1i) with the purchase of the first permanent CadnaA/R software license ("initial license"), irrespective of software configuration. The maintenance of software for any subsequent purchase is not free and has the cost specified in this article.
